The Form Hotel of Dubai offers a new hotel experience. Flexible and innovative, it features a sober and elegant architectural style, from the reception and service areas to the smallest details of the designer rooms.

The Form Hotel project in Dubai is located in the up-and-coming “Cultural Village” district in the western part of the city, close to the cove and the trendy Al Jafar district, contributing to the rapid development of the district, soon to be connected to the city center by the arrival of the new subway line.

Form Hotel embodies a new type of hotel that offers guests flexibility and freedom of choice through its range of spaces and ambiances. The project included the construction of 136 rooms designed to meet the evolving needs of travelers, and providing a genuine alternative to a “standard” hotel. It features a lobby, a restaurant and a trendy boutique on the ground floor that interfaces with the city through a large public plaza at the entrance of the hotel, and a fitness center outfitted with a swimming pool and gym room on the rooftop.

Fairly small, the rooms have a minimalist but highly functional design and are very comfortable. Their layout has been designed to meet the modern traveler's expectations, focusing on maximum flexibility and freedom. The design of public spaces, such as the lobby and the restaurant are designed to include large porosities that connect the hotel's premises to the city. On the façade, the rooms’ windows, generously overlooking the city of Dubai, project random ambiances depending on the time of day and the season. The main materials used – white plaster, light-colored stone and walnut – confer a contemporary and refined elegance to the building, attested by the hotel's membership in the exclusive “Design Hotels” portfolio in the Middle East. The immaculate appearance and the variations in lighting create different visual perceptions, constantly refreshing the ambiance of the interior spaces. On the rooftop, the swimming pool runs along the entire length of the plot, overlooking the Gulf of Dubai as far as the sea. Built in a contemporary style, Form Hotel offers a novel hospitality experience through its sober and contextual architecture.
