[Capsule d’As] Co-design in healthcare facilities

Long hospital stays for families make architecture crucial to improving the quality of care. Close dialogue between architects and project managers is essential to design spaces that are adapted to the needs of users, including caregivers and sometimes patients. Solid co-design reduces the need for modifications and facilitates change management. Tools such as Tempo, the surface table and BIM are used to refine this process. Working with different professionals in this process revealed the complexity of building a hospital from A to Z.
