[Projects] Restructuring of 44, rue des Petites Écuries

[Project] Restoration of 44, rue des Petites Écuries
Architecturestudio is proud to announce the opening of the renovation worksite for the 18th-century Botterel-Quintin town house, located on rue des Petites Écuries, Paris 10ème.
This complex, comprising three buildings, will see the renovation of the mansion, the restructuring of the faubourg-style building and the connecting building in which the stables were once located.
+ The redevelopment project will preserve the existing décor, which is listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments.
+ A 200 m² coworking/library space, opening onto a landscaped patio, will accompany the restructuring of the site, providing a gentle, soothing transition into these future offices with their heritage character.
Delivery is scheduled for December 2025, and construction is being handled by Bouygues Rénovation Privée General Contractor.
