[Nomination] Architecturestudio is proud to announce its nomination for the Trophées Bâtiments Circulaires 2025!
For the Cité Administrative of Nancy project, architecturestudio adopted a responsible design approach by reusing existing elements, with a biodiversity-focused approach for the outdoor spaces.
The result: a reduction of 85.6 tons of CO2 in carbon impact.
The project was designed by a team composed of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance, and Recovery (project owner), DEMATHIEU BARD, Agence Lorraine for the contracting companies, the Réciprocité Association in charge of the reuse lot, and for the project management, architecturestudio, Thierry GLACHANT (heritage architect), EDE INGENIERIE Group (TCE engineering), and AJir Environnement (environmental/reuse engineering).
A strong commitment for the future of this iconic building in Nancy, erected in the 18th century.
