Led by DEMATHIEU BARD CONSTRUCTION with Architecturestudio, the team has won the rehabilitation of the Caserne Thiry -Administrative center building in Nancy.
The competition won in December 2021 rewarded our architectural proposal for the renovation of the administrative center building in Nancy which is part of a national program for the rehabilitation of administrative center buildings in France. Spreading over 17,000 m², the project includes an operation to rehabilitate the two side buildings of the Thiry barracks, flanking a Champs de Mars, whose construction dates back to the 18th century. The program responds to an enhancement of the current facility, through a thorough intervention on the preserved building and its surroundings, while adapting the interior design to their new functions.
