[Project] Groundbreaking ceremony at Mas Combelle in Montpellier

Last Tuesday, Les Villages d’Or and Real Promotion laid the first stone of the Casa Real and Pavillon d’Or residences as part of the Mas Combelle project.

Building E, designed by architecturestudio and comprising 47 apartments—many of which are dual-aspect, promoting natural cross-ventilation—is part of the Mas Combelle development, fully aligned with the growth dynamic of the Parc Marianne ZAC.

In total, these two residences will offer 96 homes, nestled within a preserved landscaped block, designed to provide a high-quality and sustainable living environment.

Mas Combelle was awarded the Grand Prix Régional des Pyramides d’Argent Occitanie Méditerranée 2025 last October.
