A figurehead for a changing neighborhood.
Rising above the future Grand Paris Express station at Issy-RER, Le Phare stands out as an emblematic architectural landmark at the heart of the ZAC Léon Blum.
An audacious, contextual architecture
Inspired by the silhouette of New York’s Flat Iron, this 17-storey building redefines the contours of a complex metropolitan district, marked by a historic and composite fabric. Its glazed facades, in shades of local materials such as brick and stone, establish a subtle dialogue with the surrounding buildings.
A sustainable, inclusive living environment
Le Phare offers 110 homes, including 27 social housing units integrated into a mixed-use approach. A green roof and a shared garden enhance this living space, designed to meet today’s challenges of density, functionality and sustainability.
It is a structuring figure both day and night, playing a full part in the transformation of this neighborhood into a mixed-use, lively and environmentally exemplary space.
