Bioclimatic PLU – A greener, more united Paris
To meet the challenges of housing and climate change, Paris needs to redefine its urban planning rules. After two years of extensive consultation, here are the main objectives of the bioclimatic Local Urban Plan, which is intended to shape the face of the capital by 2040.
2040 ? That’s already tomorrow! So Paris is getting ready.
In an environment where global warming is having a real impact on people’s daily lives, and where housing remains a priority, Paris must already define its vision of what it will be. This means revising its urban planning rules, and thus creating a new framework document: the bioclimatic Local Urban Plan.
