[News] Roueïda Ayache joined the Académie d’Architecture

Congratulations to Roueïda Ayache and Léonard Lassagne! 🎓

We are delighted to announce that Roueïda Ayache, associate architect at architecturestudio, and Léonard Lassagne, architect and founder of DATA ARCHITECTES, were inducted into the Académie d’Architecture last night.

Roueïda Ayache combines French know-how and international experience at architecturestudio, and has contributed to major projects such as the European Parliament in Strasbourg, the Onassis Foundation in Athens and the National Theatre of Bahrain. She is also vice-president of AFEX.

During the session, she paid tribute to Denis Sloan, consultant architect to the French Ministry of Public Works from 1975 to 2000, urban planner and teacher, whose career was deeply marked by his achievements in France and abroad.

Léonard Lassagne devoted his lecture to Dieter Rams, the German industrial designer whose work continues to influence contemporary architectural thinking.

Both join the members of the Académie, who work collectively within an institution that is at once a place for reflection, transmission and recognition of architecture.
