[Project] The ESSEC Business School campus reveals its new identity
Reimagined spaces come to life, embodying the school’s pioneering spirit.
– Sports & Recreation Center — a facility open onto Parc François-Mitterrand, part of the Cergy-Pontoise urban community.
– Pierre de Nanterre Center for Creative Learning — new collaborative spaces designed as places for exchange, fostering creativity and teamwork, and adaptable to constantly evolving teaching methods.
– Research Green Tower — a symbol of the campus transformation and a showcase of ESSEC Business School’s sustainable approach.
This reinvented tower becomes a true living laboratory, creating synergy between innovation, energy performance, and user comfort. Its bioclimatic envelope adapts to its environment, diffuses natural light, promotes ventilation, and regulates thermal comfort. In an era of ecological transition and digital transformation, it enables working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year, offering professors and researchers new perspectives on the city, the park, and nature.
