Our “Living Gateway District” approach aims to translate environmental ambitions into reality and establish a new destination in Eastern Île-de-France. This integrated strategy promotes soft mobility networks, strengthens the landscape framework, develops programs focused on care, sport and leisure, and fosters coexistence between residential and productive urban areas through shared facilities and active spaces.
