

The Parc Méridia development project in Nice is a national interest operation located in the lower Var Valley, covering 60 hectares, including 17 hectares of parkland, under the management of the EPA EcoVallée–Plaine du Var.
Collaborative urban project transforming Parc Méridia into a vibrant, connected eco-district. The project is based on landscape and urban frameworks to create a mixed-use, sustainable and livable neighborhood focused on active mobility and quality of life.
