The 38 Avenue Kléber is an impressive renovation project, a tribute to modern architecture based on clean and elegant lines dominating the rooftops of Paris.

In the heart of the central business district in Paris, a short walk from Place de l’Étoile in the16th arrondissement, the renovation of the building at 38 Avenue Kléber is a tribute to the building’s original architecture and its modern spirit, characteristic of the 1930s. The building is structured around two inner courtyards. The restructured property features 16,000 m² of office space, turning it into one of the most prestigious commercial buildings in the city. A sober and monochrome graphic design unfolds from the Rue Kléber façade to the inner core of the building and becomes a distinctive element of the overall setting.

The project’s objective is to promote a clear layout of spaces, using the maximum amount of natural light on all the levels and reclaiming the outdoor spaces of the courtyards and rooftop terraces to turn the complex into an innovative and prestigious building worthy of its location. Over the entire width of the entrance from Avenue Kléber, a series of large metal gates define a unified concept of the building’s base. The structure of these gates consists of latticework in an elegant metallic pattern reminiscent of traditional Parisian entrance portals. Complementing it, the design of the glass roofs and façades echoes the typical ornamental design style of the Modern period.
